What matters for project planning
For an interior kitchen these records are mostly beside the point. The floodplain program and the 2045 plan's land-use and environmental strands govern the site rather than the room, and a kitchen sits above all of it. What does apply is ordinary permitting: relocating plumbing, adding circuits and altering structure each carry their own review and their own inspection, and they are the schedule risk rather than the cabinetry. The exception worth checking early is a bump-out, because the moment the footprint grows, parcel flood status and any stream buffer become live constraints.
